This product uses UV spectrophotometry to determine nitrate nitrogen and uses the absorption of nitrate ions at 220mm wavelength to determine nitrate. Through the difference in absorbance at 220nm and 275nm, the interference of dissolved organic matter was removed, and the concentration of nitrate nitrogen in the water sample was obtained.
